What is SharePoint?
I explain in the Coundown page how one can create a countdown timer for tasks in Microsoft Teams. The main idea behind this option roots in the site, which is automatically created and related to every new Team. It is called the SharePoint of a Team. Another useful application of SharePoint sites is the Grade Book, as it is explained on the Grade Book page of this site. This site can be used for publication of the class news.
New SharePoint Sites
Microsoft developed a great number of SharePoint sites for different purposes. These templates can be found on https://lookbook.microsoft.com/

The first template is a School communication site. The second one is the "Staff home page". It can be used to replace the SharePoint site of a PLC team. Notice, please, that the difference of a PLC team vs Class team is that the first team allows us to install the Dataverse for Teams. The last template is designed to replace the SharePoint of a Class Team with a new template.
To add the template for a new Class SharePoint I press "Add to your tenants".
In the first box I paste the URL of the SharePoint of my class and then press "Add to your site". It takes about five minutes to replace the old site with the new one. Then I can edit this site. The same process works for the SharePoint of a PLC team.
